10th Anniversary Humanitarian Dinner Event - Saturday, November 14, 2009

Mark your calendars, we will be celebrating our 10th Anniversary!

We will be hosting a fundraiser dinner at the Wellshire Inn from 6 to 9pm. Featuring Abebe Bayou, the Director of our international office in Ethiopia, as the guest speaker. In addition to the speaker, a youth orchestra will perform as well as a silent auction. The cost of a ticket is $75 per person.

Donations from this event will go towards improving a children's hospital in Ethiopia for $6,000.

Dinner Event Registration or Donation

International Adoption Net (IAN) believes that children who are not available for adoption deserve better care, shelter, nutrition, education and access to health care.  IAN has helped improve living conditions of those in orphanages as well as other children in communities in many foreign countries.  We understand that many more are left behind in orphanages that need our help.  Our mission goes beyond traditional adoption services to include assistance and sponsorship of these children.

Your donation will go towards helping provide children with everyday essentials. In addition to funding these programs, there are a few projects we want to raise funds for:

  • A construction of a Children's Home in Nepal for $8,000
  • Develop a day care center school in Ethiopia for $5,000
  • Improving a hospital in Ethiopia for $6,000
  • Specialized education and training for staff and volunteers to help promote healthy development in nurturing environment for babies and children in Ethiopia for $6,000

The procedure of accountability to monitor and supervise Humanitarian fund distribution:

    1. Orphanage/regions submits funding request for the program
    2. Ethiopia branch office approves the request
    3. IAN evaluates and approves the request
    4. Approved funds are wired to Ethiopia office
    5. Orphanage/region must provide receipts for the fund which should send to IAN main office
    6. Provide donation photos to IAN
    7. IAN will report to the board with receipt and send a copy to the donors

Thank you for your generous donation.  With your help, we can make this world a better place for all.
